Engineering student passionate about physics, chemistry, and AI — building a foundation where science meets technology and curiosity drives progress.
I'm Abed Kazi, an engineering student at MIT Vishwaprayag University with a deep interest in the fundamentals that power modern science and technology. From mechanics and atomic physics to the chemistry of matter — and now the frontier of Artificial Intelligence — I pursue knowledge with intention and consistency.
My goal is to bridge strong academic foundations with real-world applications in tech and engineering. I believe the future belongs to those who are fluent in both the physical world and the digital one.
Completed a preparatory course covering fundamental concepts in engineering physics — mechanics, waves, and mathematical foundations required for advanced engineering study.
Verify ↗Refreshed and deepened knowledge of core chemistry — atomic structure, bonding, reactions, and stoichiometry — in preparation for advanced coursework in applied chemistry.
Verify ↗Explored the landscape of modern artificial intelligence — machine learning fundamentals, AI applications, neural networks, and ethical dimensions of AI — via Cisco Networking Academy.
Cisco NetAcad · VerifiedCompleted the comprehensive self-paced course on Artificial Intelligence. Achieved 100% TOC read, Pass grade, and full course completion. Explored foundational AI concepts through the TCS iON platform.
TCS iON · VerifiedSuccessfully attended the virtual workshop bridging the gap between academic learning and industry trends in modern technology and relevant careers. Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
Certificate of ParticipationActively participated in the university's flagship Ai4A initiative designed to build AI literacy across all engineering branches. Engaged with foundational AI workshops, quizzes, and peer learning sessions organized across departments.
Institutional ProgramCompleted the Design Thinking module — a structured innovation framework covering empathy, ideation, prototyping, and testing. Applied the process to real student-life problems with team members, culminating in a prototype presentation.
Institutional WorkshopCompleted the ACE capstone assignment integrating knowledge across first-year engineering disciplines. Demonstrated problem-solving, technical communication, and cross-disciplinary thinking in a structured academic project format.
Institutional ProjectDeveloped a fail-fast Python program validating 8-character Temporary Access Passcodes (TAPs) with strict security rules: length check, uppercase header, numeric terminator, symbol at index 2, and collision check. Outputs specific error messages or "Validation Success".
GitHub Repo · Full Code AvailableBuilt a pandas-based mini project for managing student records in CSV. Features include loading data, appending records, searching/filtering, updating and deleting entries, and generating summary statistics using value_counts(). Demonstrates real-world DataFrame operations.
GitHub Repo · Full Code AvailableGrounded in engineering fundamentals and reaching into emerging technology — here are the domains I'm actively developing expertise in. Each reflects a deliberate step toward a career that connects scientific understanding with tools shaping tomorrow.
